Prior to his current role Andrew worked as a Management Consultant for a number of years, most recently with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.

Erik Hauptmeier joined RWE from Infraserv GmbH in 2009 and is responsible for the technical assessment, supervision of corporate R&D projects and the external cooperation with other companies and institutes. After studying electrical engineering Erik undertook many research project into energy systems and energy economics at the University of Dortmund and at ZEDO e.V.
