The Webinar will share the key insights and learning’s generated from this years premier Global Operational Excellence Conference held by Capgemini Consulting in their les Fontaines facility in March. The event was attended by over 150 senior Operational Excellence delegates from across both the Private and Public sectors.

The event generated some excellent debate with the presenters and delegates sharing learning’s and challenges of designing, mobilising and implementing Operational Excellence programmes in their respective sectors. The aim of the webinar is to share the synthesised findings and outputs from the conference and suggest ways that organisations can drive towards implementing sustainable system based Operational Excellence Programmes.
