Webinar Abstract

Title: Environmental strategies for cost reduction in pharmaceutical facilities

Event Type: Webinar

When: 07/07/2010

Cost: FREE

Getting bogged down with day to day site management? Wish that you had more time and money to plough into product development? Looking for innovative approaches to control costs in your facilities?

This webinar will present real life case studies from Novartis and Wyeth to illustrate the business benefits of out-sourcing environmental management of your pharmaceutical facilities.

Reduce costs and free up human capital through out-sourcing essential non-core activities including:

  • Water cycle management
  • Energy monitoring and control
  • Waste collection, treatment and recovery
  • Cleaning
  • Transportation and on site logistics

Hear how these changes can result in:

  • An average of 20% of cost reduction on outsourced activities for existing plants (higher on new plants)
  • Significant improvements in carbon footprint
  • Employees left with time to concentrate on product or process development
  • A greener and leaner enterprise
