Elizabeth joined Sensitech in 2004, after spending over 15 years in high-technology strategic marketing and business development roles. At Sensitech, Elizabeth works closely with food industry leaders to stay abreast of market trends and regulatory requirements. She provides leadership for product innovation and marketing outreach. Elizabeth actively participates in global food technology, safety and quality organizations including Global Cold Chain Alliance, National Fisheries Institute, Produce Marketing Association, United Fresh, and Institute for Food Technologists. She holds a B.S. in Marketing Management from the University of Massachusetts and a M.Ed. from Salem State College.
