With 25 years of experience in the food industry, in the areas of regulatory affairs, food safety, quality assurance and sanitation Holly Mockus has been privileged to work with the exceptional team of professionals at Sara Lee Corporation during the past 5 years. As the Director, Food Safety working across all of supply chain her time at Sara Lee has topped a career which includes increasing levels of responsibility with a diverse variety of food products – from pork slaughter to snack and bakery items to frozen meals. She is the driving force behind Sara Lee’s GFSI compliance through SQF certification and very much enjoys working with people. After all - teamwork makes it all happen! Holly graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelors degree in microbiology. She has been joyfully married to her husband John for over 30 years. They have two beautiful daughters, a houseful of rescued pets, and currently reside in the western suburbs of Chicago.
